Walnut Creek Transit Village Phase 1 “The Waymark”

The Walnut Creek Transit Village is a mixed-use, multi-purpose development containing 358 residential units, a full range of common area amenities, and 14,000 square feet of retail space.

Acting as a prominent gateway to the downtown core from the adjacent Walnut Creek BART Station, the project is a major step towards sustainable, transit-oriented growth. WLHS was brought on to this project as an early release MEP trade partner during the design development phase to help ballpark the budget and provide insight into cost containment.
