Since 1904, W.L. Hickey Sons has installed over $1 billion worth of plumbing systems (adjusted for inflation) in the Northern California region. Concentrating primarily in the greater San Francisco Bay Area, the company has been a pioneer in construction trends that subsequently have been adopted across the industry on both a national and international level. Some milestone example of this commitment are plumbing one of the first shopping malls in the US (Hillsdale Mall circa 1950), designing and building a groundbreaking urban village project (Santa Row circa 2001) and advancing that design-build capacity to a transit oriented high-density mix used development (Millbrae Park Station 2022).
