WL Hickey Sons was the plan and spec plumbing contractor on this competitively bid privately financed project. The hotel was dual branded, meaning it was two hotels in one structure. This added a degree of complexity in navigating the plumbing fixture selection.

In total, the hotel consists of three hundred and twenty one (321) hotel rooms over seven (7) stories and a standalone three (3) story parking structure. The property included a swimming pool, common area restrooms, commercial laundry and kitchen facilities, water conditioning equipment, a complex mechanical room, etc.
