WL Hickey Sons is the design build plumbing contract for both Parcel 5B and Parcel 6B. The Gateway at Millbrae is a marquee project in San Mateo County that includes market rate and affordable housing, a hotel, retail, and office space next to the Millbrae BART and Caltrain Station. The 5B Mixed Use project consists of 464,200 square feet with 301,140 square feet for residential use, 13,750 square feet for retail, community space, and parking for 347 vehicles. Of the 320 units, there are 113 studios, 106 one-bedroom units, 87 two-bedroom units, and 14 three-bedrooms. Parking will also be included for 214 bicycles.
