WL Hickey Sons is the design-build plumbing contractor and plumbing engineer of record (EOR). Project consists of 259 residential units, 2500 sqft of retail, and other mixed use common spaces. Highlights of plumbing system include; reclaimed water with provisions for future POC, unit sub-meters and LEED efficiency standards. Project included car stackers, which adds complexity to the coordination of MEPF.

Construction type: Post tension structural podium deck with five stories above of wood framing. WL Hickey in housed the 3D-BIM model for the project, in collaboration with our General Contractor.
