Cadence Apartments is a 455-housing unit project in South San Francisco with a transit-oriented focus. WLHS was brought on as the design build plumbing contractor during the design development phase.

Phase 1 of the project consists of 260 housing units with common area amenities. Phase 2 broke grown 2022 and will add an additional 195 housing units.
