WL Hickey Sons is the plan and spec plumbing contractor Page Street Studios, an 82-unit development, located in the West San Carlos Urban Village. A high density transit oriented multifamily project close to markets shops along San Carlos St. Page Street Studios will provide amenities such as bicycle storage, laundry facilities, a community room, and several outdoor terraces on the upper floors for residents.

Additionally, the development includes a landscape paseo that provides walking connection between Meridian Avenue and Willard Avenue for residents and the public. This development is designed to exceed current statewide energy efficiency requirements, making it environmentally friendly community. Construction is estimated to be completed in November 2022.
