Highlights of plumbing system include; pressure boosting system, storm water filtration, domestic water with provisions for metering at each unit, fuel oil system, LEED efficiency standards. The project was BIM modeled and coordinated.

W.L. Hickey Sons was the design-build plumbing contractor and engineer of record on this competitively bid project. The twenty one (21) story building consists of three hundred forty seven (347) apartment units. The is also seven thousand square feet (7,000 sqft) of retail, amenity / common areas, swimming pool and parking garage.
